4. Applications Built on the Platform

Kodular provides development tools that enable users to build mobile applications (“Apps”). Users are solely responsible for the quality, security, functionality, and legal compliance of any Apps they create using the platform.

Kodular does not guarantee that Apps built on the platform will be free of bugs, will perform to any particular standard, or will function correctly on all devices or Android versions. The build server compiles Apps based on the configuration and logic provided by the user — Kodular does not review or validate the logic, content, or behaviour of any App prior to compilation.

5. App Store Acceptance

Kodular does not guarantee that any App built on the platform will be accepted by or remain published on Google Play, the Apple App Store, or any other distribution platform. Each distribution platform has its own policies and requirements, and compliance with those policies is the user’s sole responsibility.

Kodular does not submit, manage, or represent Apps on any app store or distribution platform on behalf of users.

6. Monetize Earnings

Kodular does not guarantee any specific revenue amounts, ad fill rates, eCPM, click-through rates, or payout amounts through Kodular Monetize. Earnings through our monetisation services depend on a variety of factors outside Kodular’s control, including but not limited to end-user geography, ad market conditions, app engagement, advertiser demand, and advertising network policies.

Past earnings of other users are not indicative of your future results. Revenue figures displayed in My Kodular are estimates and may be subject to adjustment following reconciliation with advertising network partners.

7. Third-Party Extensions

Extensions available through the platform are created by third parties, not by Kodular. We may review and classify extensions, but such classification does not constitute a guarantee of quality, security, compatibility, legality, or continued availability.

Users install and use third-party extensions at their own risk.

8. Community Content

Kodular Community is a user-generated forum. Advice, tutorials, code snippets, shared projects, and other content posted by users are not endorsed, verified, or guaranteed by Kodular. Community content does not constitute professional, legal, financial, or technical advice from Kodular.

Kodular moderates the Community but is not responsible for the accuracy or reliability of user-generated content.

9. Third-Party Services

The platform integrates with a number of third-party services, including Firebase, Google Ad Manager, Google Analytics, reCAPTCHA, Stripe, Discourse, and Didit. Kodular is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, performance, terms, or privacy practices of these third-party services.

Outages, changes, or discontinuation of any third-party service may affect the platform or Apps built on it.

10. Relationship to Terms of Service

Full warranty disclaimers are set out in Section 19 of our Terms of Service, and limitations of liability are set out in Section 20 of our Terms of Service.

This Disclaimer supplements but does not replace the Terms of Service. In the event of any conflict between this Disclaimer and the Terms of Service, the Terms of Service shall prevail.

We may update this Disclaimer at any time. Changes are effective immediately upon posting to our websites. No advance notice is required, as this Disclaimer is informational in nature and does not form part of any contractual agreement.
